Jesus Weeps Over Jerusalem, Still

Scripture tells us that looking at Jerusalem, Jesus wept. How he longed to embrace his people, his brothers, and yet his own rejected Him.

Surely as Jesus looks at present-day Jerusalem, He has reason to weep. The center of the world is still screaming loud and clear, “we will not live in brotherhood.” Must Jesus weep over Jerusalem throughout history?

Weep and pray through Jesus that all the children of Abraham, Jews, Christians and Muslims, may embrace each other as brothers who acknowledge the same Creator.

A new Heavenly Jerusalem will come to Jesus, the book of Revelation promises; moreover, it will come not as His brother but as His bride to be made one with Him. Let us pray for peace! (Salem)
