Sin is like a cloud that settles on us. We cannot see through it and neither can we see that we do not see.
It takes grace to dissipate that fog but it requires that our wills take our sins into the confessional.
The more we repent, the clearer we see. Our gray lives become vibrant and alive as truth is revealed to us. In the Lord‘s mercy, the fog of sin gives way to the light of grace.
